Do i have an ingrown hair or what?

Okay, i have a gray/ light black spec under my eye, there are two, and it looks like a few more are coming :l. Is it a ingrown hair, because its like next to my nose and a little bit under my eye, i don't shave there lol, so i'm not sure if it is or isn't. Also, it doesn't hurt when i touch it. It's been there for soo long i don't even remember, mabye 3-4 months. I thought it was an ingrown hair, but idk now now, because i don't see a hair. And it's time i get rid of it. Going to a doctor/dermatoligist isn't an option so what should i do? Pop it? Uh.
