How to tell if a bump on skin is pimple or wart?

First off, I'm a teen. I noticed about a week ago that I have a circular bump on my inside cheek (by my nose). It's not really red or inflamed, and I've been putting acne cream on it. It only seemed to shrink a little bit, but looking at it now it looks like it's the same size as it was. I've never gotten warts before, so I'm not sure if it is one. However, I occasionally get a cold sore, and have a small tiny dot (can't even see it unless you looked) on the corner of my lip that has been around since the same time as this bump. I'm not sure if this bump is like an ingrown pimple (under the surface, I mean) which would make sense that is hasn't ruptured yet, or if it's a wart. It's smooth on top though, it's really just a flesh-colored bump. idk. Thanks!
