How do I get a red copy of a back image?

For work they want me to put a red copy of an image on a document. It is quite a simple black line drawing but I can't figure out how to get a red copy of it. They only have the basic programmes on their computers, no photoshop etc. The person before me seemed to have made red photocopies of other images but sadly not the one I need. Anyone who has any hints to do this either with the computer or photocopier. would be much appreciated.
