Can i get my toenails removed permanently?

Can i get my big toenails removed forever, so they dont grow back? I know its weird but i get ingrown toenails all the time. And i had them partially removed many times and they grow back, i go about every way of preventing them from becoming ingrown and they still do. It sucks always having infected or sore toes. So im hoping that maybe they can remove them and somehow make it so they dont grow back?
