Sensitive skin on my neck?

the skin on my neck is kinda sensitive, and i get ingrown hairs when i shave which makes it itchy and lots of red spots!! so sick of it.. i shave with the direction of my hairs and use moisturiser but still get it..i know its a problem with a lot of men so surely there must be some way of getting rid of it??
