Where can I find the piano accompaniment for Orphee et Eurydice in Suzuki Flute Volume 3?

I'm playing Orphee et Eurydice on flute for a concert, using the Suzuki version. I'd really like the accompaniment. I'm willing to buy the whole book but I'd prefer the single sheet. Where can I buy it (either from a store or online) I'd prefer not to buy it but I don't mind paying. Is it out there on the internet? If you have the book, any chance you could photocopy and upload or email?
