What is the latest iTunes Version That Can be synced with the greenpois0n 4.2.1 jailbreak (6 beta 1)?

I have jailbroken my iPod Touch 2nd Generation 8gb model (mc) with the greenpois0n jailbreak - my current iTunes is 10.1 because since that update i have not updated due to not knowing whether it will destroy the jailbreak. Now that lion is being released with iTunes 10.3.1 I would like to know whether this or another new version of iTunes will still sync with my iPod. Thanks :)
