Red dots on vagina? please help?

So i have noticed these red dots/ patches of skin on my vagina. They are not bumps, just it does seem to have dry skin around it. They don't really itch, just irritated when it rubs against my underwear...i know its not razor burn because i haven't shaved recently and its not ingrown hairs....what do you think it is?
