Lump on bottom of penis?

there is a pea size lump on the bottom of my penis, it hurts when i push onit and its skin coloured not red or purple. its on the top side of my penis closest to my stomach. its not an ingrown hair as there are no hairs near it. could it be caused by too much sex or possibly a cyst? any help
