Little bumps 'down there'?! (GIRLS ONLY!!)?

I have asked this question before and have gotten answers such as the bumps may be ingrown hairs or something like that. Now I have a part 2 of this question. I have noticed that on one of my clits, I have small bumps a little bit bigger than the size of a period. ---> (.) Now, I have never had any type of sex(but I have been turned on?), I got my period December 18, 2009 and it's a regular flow, I am 13, I am really iffy about down there so when I shower I clean it as much as possible(I use a regular body wash), um...and yeah. If you have any questions lt me know so I can answer them. And to add, is it bad to get too much discharge? Thanks. Thank You Very Much!
