Is this an ingrown hair.?

ITS PROBABLY AN INGROWN HAIR just get some tweezersand try to pluck the hair out right after a warm shower one way to prevent ingrown hairs is to stop shaving period ! i know its hard but thats the main reason there coming if you notice another get a hot towel and lay it on the area it will open the clogged pore and you can pluck or un-loop the hair waxing stops them from coming as much !
