Do I have a ingrown toenail?

I have this little blister where the skin and the toenail meet and it is really hurting. i am wondering if this is a blister or if it is a ingrown toenail because the nail looks a little weird too. I have had this feeling before though and it has always gone away so? Oh and I am going to the doctors in 2 days. And it is also not really red, no blood, no infection. Any ADVICE or words. Thanks
