Crater like bumps with white in the middle vaginal area?

I have theses bumbs on the inside of the lips of my vigina, there's about 4 not clustered. they look like craters only two have what looks like puss in the middle, they hurt to the touch. they dont itch there very small I did shave a few days ago the hair is just starting to grow back could it be a ingrown hair, razor bumbs, or something else?
