Can using Vitamin E & Aloe enriched toilet paper cause ingrown hairs on the vagina?

I started using Cottonelle's Vitamin E & Aloe toilet paper after I shaved one day and noticed bumps, kinda like ingrown hairs, where I shaved. I've never used toilet paper that had fragrance or was 'enriched' before, and I have pretty sensitive skin. Should I stop using this type of toilet paper?
